An online research panel is a community of individuals with similar interests and experiences who have voluntarily chosen to participate in online research studies about various topics related to their common interests.
Your member profile will include basic contact information and vital data such as gender and age. It will also ask you several questions about your shopping preferences. The questions included in the member profile survey you'll need to fill in to get started allow us to ensure the panel is reflective of our customers and also helps us to make your panel experience more relevant to you.
You'll typically have between 72 hours and one week to complete each survey, and we'll tell you how long you've got each time

For as long as you choose to participate. You can remove yourself from The Motoring Panel at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button found at the bottom of the emails that you receive from us. Alternatively you can unsubscribe by logging in at http://www.themotoringpanel.com/ and selecting Update, on the bottom of the User Profile Information page you will find an Unsubscribe button.
If you can't remember your password, simply click on the "Forgot password" button on the panel login page at http://www.themotoringpanel.com/ to have it e-mailed to you. If you continue to experience problems you can click on the Technical Support link in the bottom left corner of the page.
You'll be e-mailed a unique URL address for each survey you are invited to take part in. Simply click on the URL included in the email or alternatively cut and paste the address into a web browser of your choice and complete the survey form online. Survey length is closely controlled to minimize the use of your time.
No, at this time there are no prizes for completing surveys at The Motoring Panel but we will give you regular updates on how your feedback is being used at Haymarket.
